At Fortis Precast Solutions we offer a variety of precast products geared towards making the construction process fast and efficient for you. These materials have been engineered using the highest standards and tested for quality, thus guaranteeing they are fit to use in any construction project where necessary. The products are cast and cured in our factory before they are transported for assembly at the construction site.
1. Precast wall panels

Our precast concrete wall panels are manufactured using prestressing machines before they are cured in a controlled environment and transported to construction sites for installation. They are used in commercial, industrial, residential, and other applications due to their durability, efficiency, and versatility.
At Fortis Precast Solutions, we pride ourselves on offering the best quality precast wall panels at competitive prices. They have a consistent length of 600MM (0.6M) by 90MM (0.09M) width. The height can be customized to the client’s requirements.
A perimeter wall will use 3M-long wall panels, while a house will utilize anywhere from 2.4M-to 3M-long panels, depending on how high the client needs their ceiling to be.
2. Precast Blocks

Our blocks are lightweight, precast units designed to work with precast concrete beams to create suspended flooring systems. We use this construction method widely when constructing residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for its efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
These blocks are made with high-quality concrete that is enhanced with additional materials to bolster their strength and durability. We use specialized machines to cast them before curing takes place in a controlled environment.
These blocks offer excellent load-bearing capacity, which makes them ideal for heavy-duty construction.
Our blocks come in two distinct sizes, with small ones measuring 380MM by 200MM by 150MM while the large ones are 545MM by 200MM by 150MM (LWH).
3. Precast Steps at Fortis Precast Solutions

Our precast concrete steps and stairs at Fortis Precast Solutions are factory-manufactured concrete units designed for quick installation in residential, commercial, industrial, and public projects. They offer durability, customization, and efficiency compared to cast-in-place alternatives.
They are cast using specialized machines that utilize high-quality concrete reinforced with steel for extra strength. Then they are cured in a controlled environment to guarantee they achieve the desired strength and durability.
Their sizes will vary depending on the client’s requirements, with the standard length ranging from 1M to 1.2M.
4. H-Beams

Precast H-shaped columns, or fence posts, are specialized precast concrete components used primarily to support fencing panels in boundary walls, perimeter fences, or security barriers. Our H-beams are manufactured in a controlled factory setting using molds and prestressed reinforcement.
They are designed to slot or interlock with precast concrete wall panels. Their dimensions are 160MM by 200MM (LW), with the height customizable according to the client’s needs. The standard height is 3.1M; however, it can go up to 3.7M for a structurally sound H column.
5. T-Beams

Precast concrete T-beams, often referred to as inverted T-beams, are key components in beam and block flooring systems, widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. These beams, characterized by their T-shaped cross-section, work in conjunction with precast concrete blocks to create suspended floors that are efficient, durable, and versatile.
Their dimensions are 0.13MM by 0.135MM (LW), with the height or span dependent on the client’s requirements. Since they are utilized for suspended slabs. They can be as long as 6M; however, spans above 5M require the use of double beams to ensure they are strong enough for load bearing.
6. Cabro Blocks

Cabros are precast concrete paving blocks, typically rectangular, square, or interlocking shapes, used for surfacing. They are used for decorative purposes as well as ground-level paving. They come in different shapes, sizes, and colors. The most common include Double T, Quad, grass/lattice, and Tri-Hex shapes. All these cabros are suitable for residential and industrial hardstand pavements except for grass/lattice pavers that are used for beautification.
7. Beam and Block Slabs

This is one of our popular slabbing solutions at Fortis Precast Solutions that you can utilize for your foundation or upper floor slabs. It features T-beams with blocks layered on top of them. The process of installing them is easy and fast and requires minimal technical know-how to get it done. Also, it’s much cheaper compared to hollow-core slabs that are quite heavy and require cranes to lift into place. Normally we charge 15% of the material cost as labor.
Beams and blocks save on time, as the assembly and screed can be done in a day, thus completing your slab super fast. Additionally, the precast materials are way cheaper compared to the items used in a traditional slab. Not to mention the fast installation time means less labor cost, as you spend less time on the slab.
For the foundation, beams and blocks can be suspended using a foundation wall or columns placed at strategic places on the ground. For the upper slab, all you need is to cast a ring beam after you are done with the walling, and then the beam and blocks are laid on top of it. A slight screed of 50MM is done to complete the slab.
8. Beam and Panel Slabs

This slab features beams and 1M wall panels. It’s the same concept as beams and blocks with the slight advantage of having to use fewer precast components. Since the wall panels occupy 1 meter of space, this means you will require fewer beams to cover your slab. This has a significant impact on the cost of the slab. Put simply, this slab is cheaper compared to the beam and block slab.
The installation cost, application, and duration taken is similar to the beam and blocks slab.
